Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although immaculate with modern amenities, were smaller than expected and lacked hanging space for clothes or towels. On the bright side, the ground floor room felt very clean, and the TV and hot shower were enjoyable. The service provided a mix of unhelpfulness with understanding issues and helpfulness with luggage storage, but initial check-in lacked assistance. The location was convenient, close to the central station and the red light district, making it perfect for exploring. Dining options were limited, catering better to Continental guests than English visitors. Despite these drawbacks, the atmosphere was inviting and free of trouble, and the hotel did not offer any fancy or spacious accommodations despite being in one of the best locations.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was initially set up the wrong way for my luggage, but the staff quickly resolved it after a short discussion, making the room comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff going the extra mile to decorate the room for my boyfriend's birthday. The location was superb, close to central amenities and with a vibrant atmosphere. The dining was satisfactory but could do with more options. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.
